• IXC Intermediary Service, our core service and fundamental to who we are. This works best for organisations with medium- to long-term innovation needs, or an ongoing portfolio of short-term requirements that are not being addressed - typically due to a lack of dedicated resource.
• IXC Connect. Within a large organisation, the InnovationXchange model can be customised and applied in order to develop the infrastructure for innovation and accelerate its impact. IXC Connect develops for its clients a network of internal connectors that can work with their IXC Intermediary to complement the work done and ensure the internal drivers to process innovative ideas and implement business results are in place.
• IXC Technology Intelligence. Short projects, tailored directly to a company's needs, on the technology topic of your choice to the desired degree of rigour and depth. Typically these will be technology assessments, sector studies, supplier searches or specific problem solving.
